Ivanka Trump’s next career moves – from real estate to The View rumors

Ivanka Trump has her options open for the next four years as her father sets to move back into the White House.

The daughter of President-Elect Donald Trump has decided not to return to politics despite her father’s presidential win. During his first term, she and husband Jared Kushner served as senior advisors to the president, and she was the director of the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.

This time around, however, the 42-year-old is distancing herself from the Oval Office. She shared her decision to step back in 2022.

At the time, she posted a statement that read: “I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.”

According to NBC News, the high-profile jobs took a “heavy toll” on the family last time. They are instead focusing on family life with their three children – Arabella, 13, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 8.

What else might she do while they do the next four years? There are a couple of occupations that could take up the First Daughter’s time.

Real estate

Kushner, an investor who owns Affinity Partners private equity firm, announced plans to build a luxury hotel and beach villa in Albania. The New York Times reported that Ivanka is planning to help with the design, though some Albanian citizens are less-than-thrilled over the project.

He shared renderings of the project on his Instagram in March, revealing the futuristic designs. At the time, he said: “Excited to share some early design images for development projects we have been creating for the Albanian coast and downtown Belgrade.”

The View

There are some rumors swirling that Ivanka could be a fresh voice on The View. Brigada News reported that ABC is courting the president’s daughter, seeing her as a “dream hire” that could boost ratings.

Insiders told the publication that her “fanbase alone could send ratings through the roof,” though the rumor has yet to be confirmed anywhere. The price for a figure like Ivanka could be steep for the network, however.

Her perspective would likely clash with the other commentators, like Sunny Hostin and Whoopi Goldberg. Several on the panel have been outspoken critics of Trump and Ivanka herself.

It seems unlikely ABC might employ Ivanka, shortly after the network agreed to pay Trump $15m when he brought a defamation suit again George Stephanopoulos and the nework.
