Nikki Glaser dressed to impress for her big night at the 2025 Golden Globes.
Entertaining the biggest Hollywood stars while setting the tone for what is expected to be a buzzy awards season — and looking good while doing it — is bound to come with some pressure.
But the comedian, 40, who hosted the Globes for the first time on Jan. 5, proved she was down for the challenge as she successfully landed shocking jokes about celebrity plastic surgery and Ben Affleck’s “orgasms” while fitting in a total of 10 looks, with the help of styling duo Dani and Emma, throughout the night.
Though seemingly excessive, pulling off multiple outfit changes has been a signature for awards show hosts in recent years. Glaser — who was also there as a best performance in stand-up comedy on television nominee — nailed the assignment in a number of looks, from low-cut gowns with sex appeal to sophisticated column gowns.
But before we get into the gorgeous dresses, Glaser’s host robe deserves a moment of appreciation. Hours ahead of her Globes debut, Glaser got glam in a custom black robe with the word “host” written out in sparkly gemstones, which she showed to her Instagram Stories.

Glaser kicked off her parade of ensembles in a gold silk satin Prabal Gurung column gown, featuring a column skirt with fabric that fanned out at the sides and a rosette detail at the hip. It also had a low-dipping sweetheart neckline. Underneath, she wore pointed-toe Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
She accented the look with statement Buccellati jewelry, including feather-shaped earrings with gemstones arranged in a chevron pattern.

In the countdown to the Globes, Glaser was photographed in a custom Off-White shiny metallic suit, which should’ve been a hint for all the sequin magic she was about to bring to the stage.
For one of her outfit changes, Glaser slipped into a nearly $1,400 floor-length gown from the Rebecca Vallance and Nicky Hilton collection. The maroon design was not only covered in sequins but also had a plunging neckline, plus a bodice and cups adorned with gemstones.
Both of her silver sequin gowns included low necklines, but differed in shine level as one of the dresses was speckled with smaller sequins like a chainmail dress while the other featured larger embellishments, giving it more of a mirrorball appearance.

And while the pink Barbie pandemonium from last year’s Globes wasn’t as present this year, Glaser had her own “Hi, Barbie” moment in a hot pink sequin number that shimmered from every angle.
At some point, she also went for a purple strapless number that was seen during the ceremony’s airing on CBS.

Glaser’s wardrobe was diversified with two classic black cocktail dresses that were understated but equally sexy as the rest.
One of the designs took on a more column silhouette and had an open neckline that grabbed our attention with its flower-like embellishment. The other featured a daringly low V neckline that showed more than a hint of cleavage and a thigh-high slit in the center.

Glaser also wasn’t shy about rocking a couple of bold gown choices.
She made a red-hot entrance in a vermillion strapless gown with a corset bodice and a thigh-high slit down the side of its flared skirt. Adding to the bold color was an impressive pair of diamond-like earrings.
And if you thought leopard-print was left behind in 2024, think again. The animal print, which made a resurgence last year with everyone from Sabrina Carpenter channeling Fran Drescher in The Nanny to Rihanna wearing multiple variations of the print last spring, was very much present at the Globes thanks to Glaser’s fierce look, which appeared to have a velvety texture as well.
Elle Fanning also incorporated the trend on her custom Balenciaga gown, a replica of a 1953 design by the fashion house, with leopard cups.
