Love Island’s Tina Stinnes looks a world away from her days in the villa when she rocked up on the show in 2016.
The reality star, 29, from Buckinghamshire is looking for love again on All Stars along with a host of Islanders from previous series. Tina is currently coupled up with Scott Thomas after India Reynolds was sent packing on the weekend. Fans can’t get enough of the new pairing, however, they’re equally invested in Tina’s appearance – and reported £20,000 plastic surgery bonanza.
From her chiselled jawline to plumper lips, viewers are amazed at just how much she has changed. “I would never be able to tell that this is Tina, I’m sorry,” tweeted one while another mused: “Wow, this is a completely different person.”
So, as we wait to see how the bombshell will fare with her new man on All Stars tonight, here’s a look at all the tweakments she may have had done…

Chin contouring
Dr. Omar Tillo, plastic surgeon and medical director at CREO Clinic believes Tina may have had chin filler to make her face more refined. Speaking to The Sun, he said: “One noticeable change could be the contouring of her chin.It seems as though she might have had chin filler to elongate the shape of her face, giving her a more refined look.
“This is a common procedure to enhance the lower face, particularly when someone’s natural face shape is more round, as it can add balance and definition.”
Chin filler can vary between £340 and £1090, depending on the amount of filler used.
Lip filler
Tina’s lips certainly look a lot plumper from the last time she was on Love Island. Lip filler is one of the most common procedures aestheticians perform and can look natural when administered correctly. However, there is also the danger of the dreaded ‘trout pout’ when the lips are over-filled – and no-one wants that.
In the UK, the cost of lip filler treatments typically ranges from £200 to £1,000 per session, depending on the practitioner’s expertise and the type of filler used.

Boob job
Tina dropped jaws when she flaunted her incredible body on All Stars, leaving the Islanders and viewers at home somewhat hot under the collar.
She may have had a boob job before her stint under the South African sun, with Dr. Omar saying: “It seems Tina may have undergone a breast enlargement, resulting in very natural-looking results.
“The size and shape of her breasts are well proportioned to her frame, which is essential to avoid an unnatural appearance. In her case, the surgery appears to have been skilfully performed, preserving a natural silhouette that complements her overall figure seamlessly.”
The price of breast augmentation varies in the UK from between £3,500 to £8,000 plus the cost of any aftercare, which is not included in the price. However, some surgeons are charging £10,000, depending on what type of implants you have.

Skin boosters
There’s no doubt that Tina’s skin looks glowing on All Stars, which is probably the result of a whole host of advanced skincare treatments.
There’s a range of skin boosters on offer for those looking to give their face an enviable glow, either with laser, chemical peels or microneedling. Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses small, sterilised needles to prick the skin, which aims to generate new collagen and skin tissue, smooth, firm, and tone skin as well as reducing the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores.
Treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, and laser therapies generally range from £150 to £300 per session. Assuming an average of one session per month, this could total an annual cost of approximately £1,800 to £3,600.
* You should always seek advice from an experienced practitioner. They will be able to tell you whether surgery or aesthetic treatments are suitable for you and what the risks and benefits of any particular cosmetic procedure are.
