They shared many sweet moments together during the show’s cocktail parties and group dates, though their connection only grew when they went on their first one-on-one date during the February 25, 2025, episode.
During their group trip to Scotland, Grant took Juliana on a solo date to a castle and they enjoyed a Pretty Woman-themed date. After they picked out their outfits with the help of a royal stylist, Grant and Juliana attended a Bridgerton-esque ball.
The pair later got to chat during an intimate dinner, and Juliana took the opportunity to open up about how seeing a loved one battle with addiction made her feel alone during her childhood.
“Growing up, I was put in a difficult position where someone really close to me had a problem with addiction. It took the time away from me as a small kid from growing up in the loving family I am so appreciative (of) today — I didn’t really have that back then,” she shared with Grant. “I think the struggle has made me stronger. That is why I come off as happy all the time … I’m afraid of the darkness that I saw. I’m afraid of going back there.”
After noting that she is now often viewed as a bubbly person, she said that the experience helped her develop a positive coping mechanism. “Laughing and smiling is a coping mechanism for me in a lot of ways,” she said.
Grant said that her confession helped him better relate to Juliana, as he has also been open about his father’s struggles with addiction. “It’s like I was looking at a reflection of myself,” he told the cameras.

“I will say that I’m very happy with the way things turned out,” he said at the time. “I know that’s an answer that’s been repeated a lot in the past, but I truly am. I won’t speak on if I’m in love or not, but I will say that I’m happy.”
