Brooke Shields Lands Role on Hulu’s Ryan Murphy Legal Drama Starring Kim Kardashian (Exclusive)

During her Jan. 13 Q&A with SHE Media CEO Samantha Skey (hosted by TVLine sister site Flow Space), Brooke Shields spoke warmly of recently acting alongside three-time Emmy winner/eight-time Academy Award nominee Glenn Close and two-time Academy Award nominee Naomi Watts.

TVLine now hears that Shields worked with Close and Watts as a guest star on All’s Fair, the “glossy” legal drama that the prolific Ryan Murphy has in the works at Hulu. (Neither Hulu nor 20th Television would confirm Shields’ casting.)

Shields’ previous TV credits include, most recently, Netflix’s Mother of the Bride movie, plus Jane the Virgin, Law & Order: SVU, Lipstick Jungle and Suddenly Susan. (She shares memories of the latter two series here.)

In addition to Close (gotta go with Damages) and Watts (FEUD Season 2), the All’s Fair cast includes Kim Kardashian (American Horror Story: Delicate ), Sarah Paulson (many things Ryan Murphy), Niecy Nash-Betts (Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story), Matthew Noszka (Star) and actress/singer Teyana Taylor.

All’s Fair is being described as a “high-end, glossy and sexy adult procedural” set at an all-female law firm. Kardashian will play a successful divorce lawyer, while details about all other characters… remain under wraps.

Murphy will write, direct and executive-produce All’s Fair as part of his overall deal with Disney. Additional writers/EPs include Jon Robin Baitz (Bothers & SistersFEUD: Capote Vs. The Swans), Joe Baken (American Horror Stories), Jamie Pachino (So Help Me ToddChicago P.D.), Laura Greene and Richard Levine (Masters of SexNip/Tuck).

Kardashian, Close and Kris Jenner also serve as executive producers.

All’s Fair is currently filming and will premiere sometime in 2025.
