Davis Mills replaced CJ Stroud after one drive for the Texans vs. the Titans.
It seems Houston will eventually take more starters out today with the AFC South and No. 4 seed locked up.
Stroud was 6-for-6 for 50 yards and a 2-yard touchdown pass to Nico Collins. Call it a confidence builder for the Texans offense, which has struggled in recent weeks and overall has been subpar this season.
Otherwise, Houston awaits its wild-card playoff opponent, which could be the Steelers or Chargers.
Newly acquired WR Diontae Johnson is expected to see plenty reps today in his debut for Houston, too.
