After a physically and mentally exhausting week filled with altered travel plans and the devastation of seeing a city decimated by wildfires, the Los Angeles Rams took care of business on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings.

They cruised to a 27-9 win, putting on a show for their fans who have suffered so much in the last week. Sean McVay was incredibly proud of his team after the game, applauding them in the locker room with a passionate victory speech.

“You talk about a connected group. You talk about a team that said all (expletive) week, ‘We’re (expletive) built for this.’ That’s exactly what you guys came out and did. Unbelievable. And all you guys did, you represented exactly what we wanted to be about, man. A city that’s (expletive) going through a lot of different stuff that can look to you guys and say, ‘I’m proud of that group.’ Just being your guys’ self right there. We said it this morning: Pack your bags, we’re going to Philly.”

McVay then passed it off to Matthew Stafford, who broke down the locker room with his own fiery words.

“That’s a great (expletive) start. Lot of (expletive) left to do. Let’s go get your mind right. Let’s go beat Philly, huh?”

This is a tight group, which makes them a dangerous team the rest of the way. The Eagles won’t be easy to beat but there isn’t anyone left in the playoffs that the Rams aren’t capable of taking down.
