Ticket Requests Now Available for Capital One Orange Bowl

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – With its victory over Boise State in the VRBO Fiesta Bowl, Penn State Football advances to the College Football Playoff Semifinals and will face the winner of Notre Dame and Georgia in the Capital One Orange Bowl on Thursday, January 9. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

All tickets requests for the Capital One Orange Bowl are now available, including students. The deadline to submit all tickets requests is Thursday, January 2 at 5 p.m. ET. Please note, student sales is its own request process, separate from season ticket holders, NLC and Alumni Association members and general public, and will be lottery based (see additional information below).

Priority of ticket requests being accommodated will be as follows.

  • Football season ticket holders and Nittany Lion Club members
  • Penn State Alumni Association members
  • General public

SEASON TICKET HOLDER, NITTANY LION CLUB, PENN STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION & GENERAL PUBLIC REQUESTS

  • Football season ticket holders and Nittany Lion Club (NLC) members can request Capital One Orange Bowl tickets here.
  • Penn State Alumni Association members can request tickets here.
  • General public tickets can be requested here.
  • The deadline to submit ticket for the Capital One Orange Bowl is Thursday, January 2 at 5 p.m. ET.
  • Fans will be notified via email no later than Friday, January 3, informing them of whether or not their request can be fulfilled.
  • If a request cannot be fulfilled, fans will receive a full refund. If their request is fulfilled, refunds or exchanges will not be issued. 
  • Up to six tickets may be requested.

PENN STATE STUDENTS

  • An allotment of Capital One Orange Bowl tickets is being held for Penn State students to request. The request link can be found here.
  • To best ensure the highest number of students receive an opportunity to access tickets, requests are limited to one game ticket per account.
  • The deadline to submit student ticket requests is Thursday, January 2 at 5 p.m. ET.
  • A lottery will be conducted to determine which accounts are selected. The timing for when requests are made does not impact whether or not an account will be selected in the lottery process.
  • Students who requested will be notified via email no later than Friday, January 3, informing them of whether or not their account was selected in the lottery process to receive a student ticket.
  • Courtesy of Taco Bell, all student tickets will be complimentary. After the request window has closed, students will be randomly selected to receive a complimentary student ticket.

Mobile ticketing is the exclusive delivery method for all tickets and additional information on how to access mobile tickets will be communicated via email after seating assignments have been completed.
